Financial Analysis of Investment Project – Computer Model COMFAR III

Irrespective of the size or type of an investment project (new project, modernization, privatization etc.), its financial analysis represents an indispensable informational background for each economic subject’s decision making.
The investor, creditor, shareholder or the joint-venture partner are immediately interested in the information acquired by means of dynamic computer models simulating some expected economic behaviour of the projects.

An eminent, internationally utilized computer simulation model is COMFAR III Expert (COmputer Model for Feasibility Analysis and Reporting) developed in the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) and based on the internationally accepted methodology of the financial and economic analysis.
The COMFAR simulator is being licensed throughout the world by UNIDO (more than 2000 licenses in 130 countries). EDUCON, N.G.O. has been authorized by UNIDO both to promote the COMFAR licenses and to provide consulting and training activities for its users in the Czech Republic as well as in other countries.
