Irrespective of the size or type of an investment project (new
project, modernization, privatization etc.), its financial analysis
represents an indispensable informational background for each economic
subject’s decision making. The investor, creditor, shareholder or the joint-venture partner are immediately interested in the information acquired by means of dynamic computer models simulating some expected economic behaviour of the projects. III Expert (COmputer Model for Feasibility
Analysis and Reporting) developed in the United Nations
Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) and based on the
internationally accepted methodology of the financial and economic
