In cooperation with the Czech University of Agriculture Prague and
CARDNE (The Regional Center on Agrarian Reform and Rural Development for
the Near East), Amman, Jordan (including their financial support) and in
cooperation with UNDP Bratislava.
The objective of the Study Tour was to provide
participants from different developing /transition countries with the
topical information in the following areas:
- Bio-energy: The production of alternative energy carries in
agriculture
- Environmental use of natural resources in agriculture
- Implementation of bio-energy technologies in agriculture
- Agriculture Engineering in Technology Agriculture Management
- Project formulation and implementation
- Liquid alternative bio-fuels from agriculture applicable in
transport sector
- The production of solid alternative bio-fuels in agriculture
usable in energy field
- Some aspects of food quality assurance in agriculture
- The production of gas alternative bio-fuels in agriculture for
farm energy needs
- Greenhouse effect: The biomass way implementation for CO2
mitigation
- Engineering with the live Environment
- Montreal Protocol (Ozone depletion substances)
- Waste management in Agriculture: Anaerobic fermentation processes
- Environmentally-friendly utilization of farm power
- Research and development of new introduced plants to Central
European conditions for technical, medicinal and energetic purposes
